Zutilo adds several accessibility functions not available the regular Zotero for Firefox with extra menu items and keyboard shortcuts, including copying, pasting and right-click commands.

Zotero has an active community that creates 3rd party plugins. Both Mendeley and Zotero use Citation Style Language, which offers over 7,000 free CSL citation styles.
